Valle'e de Mai
Praslin, Seychelles

Praslin is the second largest island of Seychelles with an area of 10½ square miles. Praslin’s beaches are even more beautiful than Mahe’. The jewel of Praslin is the World Heritage Site of the Vallee de Mai. This unique palm forest is where the strange Coco De Mer grows and is home to the republic’s national bird, the black parrot.
